Assuming that you read the planet editing section of the USFS (which you should highly read - If not, click here), you only need to add this line on the Terrain Data section of the file to make it oval: "OUTPUT = AddHeightMap( Perlin, 0.05, R, Curve3)",
Where R is your planet's radius.
The curves wont matter much. But Curve3 is a specific type of curve that allows for contact binaries and ellipsoidal bodies to be made. You cant make 'Oumuamua with this though.
