I normally use small wheels so I don’t accidentally go to fast, and make sure you have RCS just correct anything

have RCS on the top rear of your vehicle (enabled of course) then when any tipping occurs (even the slightest) take your hands off the controls (or slam reverse) and the RCS should do the rest

i haven't tested it on neither Phobos or Deimos, but it works brilliantly on da moon

A long wheelbase is the most fundamental counter, then smaller wheels, then RCS to catch what spills over.
