for now it can carry 150+ of fuel tank to orbit ( thou i haven't fly it because i've pretty stalled my booster development)

to put the cargo into the bay... it needs to do the pad assembly (which is seems easier to do) or bp editin (which i don't want to do as i'm lazy as crap)
