In real life space craft deploy their prachutes high in the earth's atmosphere around 24,000 meters. Also they deploy them whilst going faster than 250meters a second. So I would like to make it so we can deploy parachutes when we like.

or maybe have two classes of parachutes, low atmospheric density, and high, so then the low would be deployed at 24,000 meters, and the high at the standard 2,500
