The challenge is simple

land this rocket on moon

and put this rover on moon
then get Rocket back to earth safely

it is recommended to Aero Capture back to earth actually you gonna have to i mean if you can capture with engines and land safely by all means try to but aero capture is most effective and efficient way to return

NO ORBITAL REFUELING
You must provide screen shots of
Launchpad
Earth orbit
Moon Orbit
Moon Surface
Rover on lunar Surface
Earth Atmospheric Entry
Landed safely on ground

maybe referring to how you can use bp edited docking ports with a high magnet pull to make a reactionless engine? never tried it so im not sure it would work for this but here’s the page in the wiki.

I will send a video of one I made when I have a chance to record it. Don't worry it wont take me that long! Maybe like.. 10 minutes to 2 hours? I don't know yet.

"Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly" (or "RUD") is a well known term from Space-X fans: Elon Musk uses it a lot to talk about a launcher that crashed or exploded inflight

Fun Fact: That term predates SpaceX all the way back to a navy book in the 70s refering to a gun breaking apart when misused.

But does it matter in a challenge where one isn't allowed to edit the rocket? it is like having a gun with no bullets. heck you could probably use part clipping too, Doesn't matter since the rocket isn't allowed to be changed. the no cheats really only applies to things that actually effect you.

Well the rules did not specify on if you can edit the rocket or not, but then considering that other challenges with a provided rocket and payload did not specify anything with editing the rocket and with no one exploiting it considering that it makes the challenge look easy and looked down upon. But then sometimes one of those new people come in and make a weird rocket the seems impossible to fly and yet someone can fly it. Though one thing I can say is using mods for these challenges are easily frowned upon.
