This concept will be for Electricity (Which obviously isn't coming back)
Basically, Hydrogen and Oxygen from a fuel tank go through a Hydrogen Fuel Cell to generate Electricity.
This is a real life concept which was used famously on the Space Shuttle as it doesn't have Solar Panels.

By the way the part will be as big as a 4-wide horizontal separator. The fuel tank doesn't come with it (I used it for reference, it's meant to be connected to a fuel tank)
The fuel cell will drain fuel tanks, but you can press it to turn it on and off so that it doesn't drain your fuel tank against your will.
