That's not an SLS by a long chalk. However, it's not an if it will fly without cheats.
It will.
Easily.
If anything, it's probably overpowered.
If the payload is the one from the other post, he should make not just LEO, but if it can't make the moon then there's something going wrong.
Maybe sack the second stage titans though, swap with frontiers.
Also, make the boosters fatter, but shorter. It'll look better, but also I've a feeling they'll burn longer than the core stage.

This isn't a SLS either.
It's also less powerful than yours. It's probably... 400t heavier than it needed to be.
If I'm honest, I struggled needing 5 titans for such a task, so I used 4. And even so, the boosters are literally surplus to requirements. The core can lift itself without issues if you wish to delete them.
However, it's still more than capable of putting your 60ish ton gateway satellite into orbit. And another 150t on top if you wanted.
When I say orbit, do I mean, Low Earth?
No. It cracked that almost without touching the second stage.
How about the moon then?
Nah.
Mars, or Venus?
Oh no.
Aim small, hit small.
How about... Jupiter?
And not just inside the SOI, how about...inside Io Orbit?
Out-of fuel?
No matter, only have an entire third stage to go.
In view, Jupiter, Io and Europa
Now I'm out of fuel.
And that's without VEEGA, aerobraking, ion engines or any form of gravity assist.
