The measures are still wrong and you made the upper stage even less like the real one.

Blazer gave you the proper measurements, it will never be accepted until they match to the nearest 0.5m. So why keep posting wrong size rocket and wasting his time?

2. Your core stage is 23 m tall. The one on the GSLV mk.3 is 21.39 m tall (which you can round to 21.5). Not ok!

3. Your upper stage is 12 m tall, the one on the GSLV mk.3 is 13.5 m tall. Not ok!

4. The entire rocket is 43m high, it should be 43.5m high. Not ok!

All diameters seem ok.
You can ask for advice, but don't just post the rocket again for us to check if 2, 3 and 4 are NOT FIXED.

Looks better now, the dimensions do indeed match up.
Btw, you do realise that rocket won't even get off the ground with a payload? It needs moar engines in order to be able to deliver a satellite to orbit.

Maybe do some small amount of engine stretching, that's allowed for replica challenge.
