This is an equal sized warship in the WH40k setting.

By no means even close to a warship.

As for Capital Ships, like what Enterprise is?

I present the Gloriana Class Legion Flagship...

Shown is the monitor ship alongside, for scale...

And that isn't even a particularly large one. Most, including my own Vengeful Spirit, are roughly 22km long. The largest of the Glorianas, Macragges Honour, measures 26km in length.

And that isn't even as big as it gets either. The Abyss Class apparently dwarf a Gloriana and Phalanx is even bigger still.
