Team Hawk entry Mercury Challenge ( Under Pressure)

Hi Mooncrasher ; Altaïr Yesterday i discovered the team Challenges. Even though i didn't complete Team Frontier yet and my Team titan entry didn't get Approved yet, i wanted to try this Mercury mission. And after a few Hours i did it. I Hope i still get the the title without having completed every other Challenge. I mean I did prove, that i am capable of dong such a complicated mission.
Starting Position:

Venus encounter:

I planned the venus gravity assist in a way, that i would automatically have a second venus encounter

Performed a small mid course correction Burn to get an encounter with mercury 6 turns later

I know… as i said in the beginning of my text my entry didn‘t get Accepted yet but i still finished the mission on my 3rd attempt without breaking a solar panel

Awesome, very good use of gravity assists and the closest approach line. You probably wasted some fuel at some point however, because you could have landed with more than 0.1% fuel remaining in that situation.

The mission is good, however I can't give you any badge right now as you have get team Titan and team Frontier first. Getting team Frontier will automatically give you team Hawk though.

Excellent mission otherwise, congratulations

Yes i could have done it way more fuel efficent but at one point i got to lazy to do more gravity assists and decided to try if its possible to land and it worked out xD
Thanks for the Man on the Moon badge i'm gonna do the Team Frontier challanges next week cause im not at home right now
