Depends how fast Mars's rover is.
On most screenshots the speed is around 17 m/s

17.8 m/s is almost the speediest one and average is about 16-17.5 m/s and yeah...... and the slowest is 0 m/s :3 :3

wait lemme figure out how to decelerate on mercury (which i could but dang) and probably i could use some parts from moon & earth tours.

Yeah, this Earth Tour rover can literally work everywhere (except on small asteroids like Phobos/Deimos). And about the deceleration, if you can learn gravity assistances it will be much easier. If not just use a bunch of stages
