No, is not with the editor, he has a glitchy saving from 1.35. He also has a fuel tank filled at 24 638%. Isn't that true Danny Batten

See, It most certainly is a challenge. Who can make the heaviest fuel tank without bp editing?
I'm guessing it means tank as in all fuel must be in a single bar, which leaves multi-launch assembly out of the question. Qks editing should probably also be considered cheating, so that leaves cramming as many into one build screen as you can, or using a glitch...

errrr.... I don't think so... All you have to do is fill the build area with fuel tanks...
