I don't know, that's why I'm asking you.
Because the current, in orbit International Space Station has many, many, many more than 3 solar panels. In fact, they're not even in odd numbered groups anywhere on the craft.
So unless your definition of three differs from the worldwide numerical standard (or you've been watching too much Monty Python), then no, the ISS doesn't have 3 solar panels.
That's what I think.
