Sorry but it seems that your ship has burnt while reentering the Earth's atmosphere. This counts as broken parts, we can't accept it, sorry.

You can simply modify your rocket by adding a separator below your probe. That way you can reenter normally with the probe protected by a heat shield. The rest of the rocket will burn, but it's allowed for detached parts, so it will be fine.

Hint: use Fairings with an Heat Shield and reentry with both of them! I tried it in my mars mission and It went successfully
