Let's face it. Asteroids are pretty neat. But they are less neat when they happen to come over and smoosh your lovely planet.
Anyway, woudn't it be fun to have your own asteroids that YOU yourself can have without needing a big rocket to go and fetch?
Well, these handy toy asteroids are fun to throw at things, and are easy to make, so turn on your creativity!

MATERIALS:
  1. Aluminum/tin foil
  2. Spoon
  3. Different sized marbles
  4. Paint & brushes
Assembly:
  1. Take a sheet of foil and crumple it into a ball
  2. Tap the spoon on the surface to smooth the surface
  3. Wrap in extra foil if there are any unwanted gaps
  4. Tap surface with spoon again
  5. Press marble into the surface for 'craters'
  6. Use your fingers to add some fine details
  7. Paint
  8. Let dry
  9. Display/ Throw!

I would also recommend using a chopstick to get better details
