Unbind Keys

Alright i'm in the steam version, but I want to change some keys around and get rid of keybinds i don't want nor need; Though i can't figure out how to do it. I can't just click it unless i want to change it but i don't want it changed i want it unset, Any solutions?

Alright, So in the keybinds.txt there are a bunch of the keybinds, the only issue is that they use key codes instead of letters, And i don't know which keycodes the game natively uses, all i know is that they are not the mac keycodes. If anyone knows the keycodes the game uses, that'd be neat
