Why Valentine is an awfully nice name for a star, don't you think?
About a year ago, a red dwarf star was captured by the sun in a distant orbit. It didn't do anything, so no one noticed it. Eventually, someone happened to look at the dim red spot with a pretty large telescope. Three small planets lay in various orbits about the stellar neighbor. Soon enough, more was learned about the system.
Valentine:
A little red dwarf star, dim and red. It is named for its color. No, you can't land on it.
Cancri A&B:
A little binary asteroid system. Cancri B has this bad habit of throwing things out of Cancri A's Sphere Of Influence.
Luyten:
Probably the most forgettable planet in the system. It looks a little like Earth with the plants and all, but has a kind of miserable atmosphere.
Tau
Calling Tau a Gas Giant would be over stating it. Its more like a gas small, being somewhat bigger than Earth. It hosts four flavorful moons, Pho, Boso, Gluo and Muo.
Pho:
Pho has kind of got that whole 'sister planet' thing going on with Luyten, or at least in a way similar to Earth and Venus, also known as Pho is a fiery death pit with a toxic atmosphere and is similar in size to its 'sister'. It has a surface made of pointy volcanic basalt, and is not very nice in general.
Boso
Boso is actually pretty nice compared to Pho. It doesn't have an atmosphere, but has nice rolling hills, and provides a nice challenge for landing.
Gluo
Gluo is downright weird. It will turn into a triangle if you look at it wrong. (Seriously!) It is the smallest of Tau's moons, and was the hardest to spot.
Muo
Muo was the first moon of Tau discovered. Why? Because of how absurdly reflective it is. You could damage your eyes looking at it. Also, the ice is pointy, so don't step on it without proper footwear.
