My new SSTO VentureStar wich is almost real scaled.
I was not able to find the exact dimensions so some parts may look not favorable.
It can send 25 tons of payload into orbit.
It only needs 2% of fuel to return and land.

If you've got spare TWR, I'd avoid using separators anywhere as they're draggy as hell and make the spaces out of actual fuel tanks instead.

Good looking design though

Does seperater which are inside the rocket also creates drag?

Yeah. Huge amounts of it. They're worse than the engines they're designed to cover. It's why the aero system is so bugged, you can't protect anything from the slipstream

So what could I do in such cases,
Should I just ignore those gaps or fill out those with tanks and add some engines

Probably won't even need to add more engines if you're lifting with 90% throttle. But yeah, fill the gaps with tankage.

I caught you.
I think you are always ready to record crash or other things.
I don't record crash I just record those to make gifs and remove it before taking screenshots, but this time I forgot
