I Did Have It. i just put the parteditor in a folder, then copied the positions script from the UITools folder then pasted it is the folder where the parteditor was.
Those parameters are for conic sections, like this:
width_a is the width at the base, and width_b is for the top if I remember well. It's normal that you can't modify those values yourself, the game adapts the parts automatically if needed, so it will overwrite any value you put.
Thanks for an awesome mod. Only annoyance is the snap grid you choose reverts back to default when you go to launch then back to build. Just nitpicking a fantastic mod.
