Have any stranded kerbonauts astronauts around the solar system with no way or intent of getting them back home? No problem! Send me the quicksave file and I will safely return them back to earth.

So a while ago I trolled Altaïr by launching his obsidian rocket into orbit

It's kinda stuck up in Orbit though, could you rescue the astronauts

I got you
Here is the craft I used

Now in orbit I make I make the very expensive burn of a few m/s to rendezvous with the Obsidian.

Chicken are we stuffing people into probes now?
Ahh whatever they'll be fine.
Astronauts are transported into the craft and are ready to go home.

During reentry I need to burn because the craft isn't very stable at to higher speeds.

As for the Obsidian still in orbit you can just use that for refueling or something else.

And here a probe that drilled a few thousand meters below the surface after "simulated landing it" or quicksaved

I love how the rescue ship has less capacity than the Obsidian. It's not like if it could return by itself :p

That thread reminds me about rayman that is still stuck in low solar orbit:

Yes I know, I parked him into a probe too, but that's good enough for him.

Just imagine having to bring him back... But don't worry sportgus, I won't ask you, this is close to impossible. Nobody would want to see him back anyway.

Good job
now recover the obsidian itself

I landed it but some of the engines are gone is that ok?

And this proves the rescue mission pointless
Also here is the probe screenshot:

Also what did rayman do? Nevermind.
Ah, rayman is a legend on this forum. This may answer your question:
SORRYYY

That thread made us laugh so much that it became legendary.

And this is the mission in which rayman was sent to the Sun:
There's a new rank around here...
Actually it was a challenge, the purpose was to send the biggest payload to low solar orbit.

For the little story, there's also a bot named rayman brother on the forum, this is inspired from him too.

So I sent a rocket to orbit and it went wrong and I’m having trouble rescuing the astronauts
Here:

Docking with RCS is not as hard as I thought, docking ports are so magnetic.

it is from my earlier testing of how fast I can get things but I forgot to deorbit it must have flung by the moon and other things but when I realized it was on that trajectory I chould not get a encounter with earth no matter how hard I tryed

Here
First I had to get the stranded craft out of the Jupiter encounter and into a lower orbit.
The g forces the they must have experienced..

I need help again
Screenshot_20220528-142019_Spaceflight Simulator.jpg

Valiant had a accident on landing (overshooting the runway and hitting the launch pad and flipping)
Can you recover the astronaut and tow the shuttle back to the VAB?
