Coloured parachutes pack, anyone?

I swear at one point I saw a texture(?) pack that said it allowed colouring things like parachutes. Does anyone know of a pack that can do that? I didn't think much of it at the time but now I'm really interested in it.

the only one I can think of would be Texturable but I'm not sure it does what you are hoping, as it only allows texturing the white part and not the actual parachute. I don't think there are any mods that let you change the actual parachute, that's a lot more in depth and requires a lot more work than texturable.

Maybe this is what you saw, but that was for SFS 1.35 PC. For the current version there's not such feature as far as I know.
