Decided to claim Pluto because Zeeray resigned from his faction. Guess I might have to fight over Pluto if Zeeray re-claims it.

Will post a Pluto mission soon:

(PM-1)
- Send a Power element to the Surface of Pluto
- Build "Launchpad" (Really a Landing Pad that connects a ship to the future Fuel Element

(PM-2)
- Send a Water Conversion Module and Hook up to Power Element
- Send Electrolysis Module and Hook up to Water Conversion Module

(PM-3)
- Send Greenhouse and hook up to Life Support Modules
- Use remaining fuel as temporary fuel depot (because I didn't send up another module)

(PM-4)
- Send 2 Habitat Module
- Transfer Fuel to PM-3 Spacecraft

(PM-5) and (PM-6)
- Send multiple Fuel Depot Module
- Continue to use PM-3 Spacecraft for "quick fixes"

(PM-7)
- Send a Administrative HQ module and a "Regular Office" module

(PM-8)
- Send a "Break Room" Module
- Send a "Warehouse" Module

(PM-9)
- Send First Humans
- Send a "Utility and Engineering" Module

- Anti-Air Turrets

(PM-11)
- Missles!

- Send a Hotel Module for visitors

- Send a Conference Room Module

The reason I am taking charge of Pluto is because it is far away from the Kronian League and the Solar Empire claimed territories. I'll offer safe haven for factions if they capitulate. I'm basically an embassy. You can't arrest anyone in my territory.

It's not a faction. I don't want it to be. It's just a totally non-partisan trading company. But trading companies are factions so I'll hire some people. For now, I'll post missions.

The faction system is a fucking mess, my god.
I mean, not really. Just keep an eye on the ones who are actually around and if any new ones actually gain traction, that's when you start paying attention.

Yeah, I know that a lot of the non-faction people like KL, but I don't want to start asking peope if they want to join unless they express interest.
