For a rocket that weighs under 320t that is a recipe for disaster. Delete the Hawks. Also, replace the 2nd stage engine with a Frontier, or better yet: a Valiant if your piloting skills allow. At that point I'll put in a payload and rate it.

Also, I don't believe the performance you're showing.

Don't copy a pre-existing design like Starship or whatever. Everyone does it. Build something unique that's yours and improve the hell out of it as you become better or its role evolves

Imagine you still have that to consider... It may not even make LEO at that rate.

With my suggested changes the apoapsis increased by 730.2km.
That's still nowhere near Moon level.

So no, I don't know how your rocket got a payload outside Earth SOI.
