If we wanted to get really deep we could have discord also keep track of ships and other assets, but that requires that we code our own stuff, which I couldn't even attempt for another 2 months.

Then we only need pirates to claim their presence there with proof of membership. Also, rebel factions do not need to reveal their position, since it's our job to find them. Neutral factions must state their position. PS. Pirates are not rebels. They're everyone's enemy so they are either battery pirates or nuclear pirates
