This is a common issue. It's because the mod loader evolved recently, and all mods need to be updated to be compatible with the new mod loader. This also applies to custom parts packs, and this is why you get those errors.
Unfortunately you'll have to wait for the modders to update their mod. At least, I know that Dani's pack has been ported, so you can download the latest version for that one.
