Ha, I'm going to say the same thing here as i always say when someone requests a space station.

What sized payloads are you capable of lifting to a sufficient orbit and can you dock with things whilst in orbit.

As for inspiration, there are about a million space station threads on the forum that a 4 minute search will highlight, Blazer does some of the best and I would also highly recommend looking at Cosmos Venus, Saturn and Neptune missions for high realism spacefaring objects.

Also, open google up and type in 'space stations'. There'll be a metric fuckton of designs there that you can model on SFS.
