?
There is no difference. A panzer IV H is a panzer IV.

However, if you actually mean the differences between different versions, then it would depend on which version to which version. The IV was in service throughout the war and was almost continually modified in an attempt to keep pace with other medium tanks of the era and different doctrine the Germans were using at the time.

These tanks are interesting to me
TOS-1A, a T-72 with 24 rocket tubes

Do they count as tanks? I’d normally count them as mobile artillery/AA. But please correct me if I’m wrong.
