Aside from having side skirts, extra armour plating and a long barreled 75mm, not much. I'll let Horus correct me if I'm wrong and get more technical.

There is no difference. A panzer IV H is a panzer IV.

However, if you actually mean the differences between different versions, then it would depend on which version to which version. The IV was in service throughout the war and was almost continually modified in an attempt to keep pace with other medium tanks of the era and different doctrine the Germans were using at the time.

I do wonder what your commander / sergeant or whatever thinks when one of his soldiers are just spending their time taking pictures of insects.

TOS-1A, a T-72 with 24 rocket tubes

a T-55 with S-75 Dvina missile

And another T-55 armed with S-125 Neva/Pechora missiles

Do they count as tanks? I’d normally count them as mobile artillery/AA. But please correct me if I’m wrong.
