I'm Thinking this. The four pointed star is meant to represent a barb, the directions of expansion for the URG, and a star, showing the wishes of acknowledgement of the faction.

Also a decided founding date of the faction at the bottom, because I felt like it.

Too wordy...

If you want to actually inspire the defector to return, you could've at least made the flag look badass rather than have it morphed into a kid's drawing.

Naw, it dosesn't give a sense of authority with the light purple. Lolbit_isawesome gave some authority with his white and black design.
