I am afraid they are too small to replicate

They use fuel from all tanks... It's annoying. And ridiculously low ISP.
For first stage of small rocket maybe clipped ions

V-2. Very important rocket. FOAR.
But it carried no payload and its a missile if i made it i need to made A LOT MORE of them. Maybe in a future i will think of making another collection of missiles
It's payload is a warhead.
The problem you have with that definition is the vast majority of rockets in that period were military projects. You should discount the Sputnik R-7 for the same reason as it was basically launched by an ICBM. Same with Mercury - Redstone and Titan - Gemini.

The civilian version of the V-2 used by what would become NASA post war wasn't a missile and carried non-military payloads into space measuring air pressure and density as well as taking the first picture of Earth viewed from space in 1946.

So I'd say it counts.

oof, imagine a rocket list without Sputnik and Gemini...:p
Lots of things try their hardest to not be categorised in a neat list.

That's what I meant. And that's why I want V-2.

Are we adding sounding rockets too?

I guess the most reasonable cut-off limit is "big enough to make in SFS".
You aren't making an accurate sounding rocket replica with a 5t fuel tank.
And V-2 is already kinda iffy, as it's pretty small.
