Wad the third the last? Every time I've had an injection, the last always hurt the most

I got stitches in my head 20 years ago. Cracked my skull open. Felt every stitch despite 4 injection to apparently make me feel nothing. Nearly broke my mom's hand the way I crushed I'd out of pain.
