I think this can paste here (or may be not) It's only a "little'' demonstration of the capabilities for the rocket MastodonteR3. I know, I know, it's necessary put in orbit first before bragging; but, I have made some tests and I have many hopes on this really works! :p

Here's my entry, a layer cake for SFS's 6th birthday coming up, complete with a comically large candle:

~Stats~

Launch vehicle delta-V = 2,503m/s total
Payload (candle) mass = 1,027.43t
Total build mass = 3,973.53t

...but wait, what's that you say?? It would be cooler if you could really light the candle?? How interesting of you to...

BLAM!!!

Ha! well that was fun [TEA]

I have finally lifted a payload of 9.34kTon; with that, I have put an eye on the sky. Please note that I followed the KiloTon Club Rules and only I used the "BP-Edit" to join the fuel tanks.

Just 1 kiloton *scoffs* Imma do 12 kilotons...
I am here to launch 12.2 kilotons into Low Earth Orbit.
Screenshot 2023-11-24 173138.png

We first start our mission by introducing the one, the only Yeetus the III. AKA The Global Handwarmer.

The first booster set then is dropped.

Screenshot 2023-11-24 172314.png

Then the second

Screenshot 2023-11-24 172636.png

The second stage performs a hot staging, due to it still having sea level engines. This also resulted in a lot of lag and some nice fireworks.

Screenshot 2023-11-24 172933.png

The second stage drops its boosters

We reach orbit, and use the second stage retrorockets to push the stage away from our 12.2 kilotons.

And there we have it! 12.2 kilotons in Low Earth Orbit (and I still had ~800 m/s of delta-v left!)

I remember I got a bit over 25% when there was no engine heating. I should try it again...
Kiloton Club

1kt was selected because the required rocket was slightly bigger than 1 buildscreen to add extra challenge, or I may be misremembering.
If it's possible to do it in 1 buildscreen now, I may have to go for 1.5kt :p

You did the maths wrong, if 102kt is the whole rocket + payload, then 12.2kt payload works out to almost 12%. :)

It's alright...
