My favorite pack is Eternia 2: Doppler effect.
I think it's well balanced(not too big, but got enough planets to spend a lot of time visiting them. It also has a binary system iirc, and nice textures. And it doesn't crash too often.
Also an honorable mention goes to ASS, it's really one in a kind :p

Hinges and pistons, even though i know they won't be added
Both can be made usig existing parts, and with bp editing its a piece of cake. Tho I agree they would be cool, there is one thing I crave above all.
THE DAMN CLOSEST APPROACH LINE

I never knew what that was for, when it was still there
I knew, but didn't realize it's potential until it got removed. Unfortunately I can't call myself an og SFS player, thus my late learning of ga's

TNT! Knewks!

Jk, I'd love if there were more engine types (NERVA-esque). Maybe the steam version is moddable...

The closest approach line does inspire strong emotions it seems, and for good reason.
(*cries*)

BTW, new QOTD. :)

Playing SFS with a keyboard feels weird :p
You have it? Hopefully it runs nicely with those big creations!

New QOTD up!
I should mention that there's no rule that you can't talk about previous ones, that's why I archive them. ;)

Yes, but I still mostly play with my phone. I rarely have my PC with me when I'm not home :p

I don't think the new parts are good, as it makes it easy as hell to make shuttles and stuff, also I think people are gonna start saying that the it's favouritism as mobile doesn't have said parts

I would prefer if SFS went down the path of procedural parts, but looks like Stef wants it to be more KSP-like.

the ones on pic1 are pretty ugly ngl
that engine on pic2 was made out of quadruple recycled plastic or smth
who needs a ready les
if the default saturnV parts are wRoNg sCaLe I will personally yeet stef onto the graveyard :p
So, this really doesn't seem attractive. We have working hinges, custom pistons kinda suck so ig they would be cool.

There are new parts on SFS PC?! Is there something special to do to access them? I didn't notice anything special (other than realistic mode)...
