At one point in development it was going to be exposed, I think.

Working on a Boeing 747/generic commercial airplane to possibly launch things like a Space Shuttle or Dream Chaser

never mind I accidentally deleted it so I give up on it And will now wallow in despair since the undo button was removed (good idea)

after 2 minutes of self pity I rebuilt it and made a save

Using some VTOL for takeoff this plane can go pretty far. I don’t think it is done though.
Also unclear how big the payload capacity for this is or if it even has any capacity

how to land this thing is also unclear or decided yet

Well, it looks nice. If you are trying to do a 747, you might want to consider to make the “goose head” cockpit.

Yeah the cockpit is a placeholder I was gonna work on it but got sidetracked by using a fairing to go very fast

Really quick escape pod concept

Activate separator+first engine until fuel runs out to get the escape pod as far away from the doomed vehicle

Than seperate again, activate the other engine to slow down for an emergency earth landing

Lunar starship prototype

So far it’s purely cosmetic. There are no fuel tanks inside, no engines. It is completely empty as I work on the general design of it

I think the landing legs might be too long though

Starship uses a fairing and the booster is just the tanks so that’s why ig

also I forgot to add a docking port to the lunar starship so it can’t refuel in orbit...
Not that it mattered since it got to the moon without refuel
