Guys i find it difficult to fill the gap in middle with fuel tanks can I use structural parts? Also notice that mass is 26 t.

It's not a fuel tank, it's a gap filler that automatically appears in 1.5 because capsules have a one block thick heat shield there.
For earlier versions, just move the parts I've circled down by 1 block.
I'll need to get back to you about the 26t thing... But if you recreated it exactly, it should be fine.

The mass difference is due to some fuel tank stuff that Stef changed from 1.4 to 1.5.
To compensate, your maximum launch mass can be 251.2t instead of 250t, that should eliminate most of the difference.

Purely cosmetic bp editing is fine. Anything that modifies a part's performance is strictly forbidden. Also, this was specified in the instructions.
