Got the pvc to start on a homemade dobsonian mount, but the cold has me shuttered on the telescope for now;
So some happy low res birds, chicka-dee-dee-dee from up north hanging with a local

When the deep freeze hit ice crystals cropped up like coral mushrooms in my soggy clay pit out back, where I’m preparing to add onto my house;
Might be worth zooming in on the ice

My first installment of nickels, the last holdout of proper US coinage at 25Ni/75Cu%;
Last year or so the intrinsic value was about 0.035US, last week it was 0.051, it’s just a matter of time before we switch to nickel plated steel like the Canadians and the old ones start feeding government industry

Get them while you can, best investment in metal around for now
