Yep. Or with the stages themselves, if any fuel remains. It's up to you, you can do what you want, as long as you completely reuse the launch vehicle.

I didn't see it that way.

Also, it happens regularly that some people ask if there is a FAQ post. I think we should include a link to the FAQ in the FAQ itself to fix that.

The question is more complex than that, but no less obvious an answer. He's asking in case the update will have effected how the supplied craft will act, inferring an advantage or disadvantage that may invalidate his entry.

My answer would be the update has changed nothing about how the parts or planets interact so why would the quicksave no longer be usable?
