That’s what I did. Saw some thing on a Falcon 9, so I thought “maybe I could make that a bit differently on sfs”. I should probably get pictures of my third design which actually worked successfully, but could still be improved.

I was a bit doubtful of what it could do so on it’s first launch it put a satellite in orbit at 58 km. On the second launch it nearly doubled that though.
I also need to add that satellite to my collection (bp of just stuff to take to space) since it is new.

Here’s how my newest in work station is looking. Turned the fuel tanks 90 degrees. Added a communications section at the top.
Probably going to add hab units to the left, dock below, and I don’t know what’s going to be on the right... possibly nothing. Or perhaps the dock(s) instead.

The lag was absolutely berserk when I just added another part to it, but I just exit the game once I get close then it speeds back up once I get back on.

Moved the whole station to 120(.5) km after attaching some smaller fuel tanks and 2 modules that have 2 hawk engines each to assist in moving/changing altitude.

Now that I’m thinking about it... I don’t really know why I didn’t choose frontier engines. But at least I got it lower now so it doesn’t break my heart if I have to switch stuff out.
