have you installed the electric pack?
if not you can install it here
and there is not just the custom part
you need to install the custom part AND the mod

Bug Report: If you get to Zero velocity while in "orbit" around a planet (common if you are doing a decent) it pops up the "Colony" button even though you haven't landed yet.

you should press it

For some reason unknown, the satellite dishes get in the way making my rocket fully uncontrollable. Is there a way to fix this, or is this some sort of bug? Please answer soon, as the dishes look very cool and I want to use them on my spacecraft pieces.
